Gwyn's first birthday

I ended up ordering a cake since my cake skills need a bit of fine tuning; however, I did not think the one from the grocery store was that much better. I was laughing so hard when I saw it, my Mom was like: "THAT is what you ordered?!" Gwyn's smash cake came out pretty cute though. She just stuck her hands in it and didn't want to move them. Matt had to help her smash it a bit. Here are videos of the beginning and the end.





Today we went and had her 1st year photo session. She did better than at Christmas, but the 2nd outfit didn't go over well. She just wanted to be held and kept crawling away. We only got one good pic in the orange dress. I never seem to make it after one outfit. You would think I would learn!

Ha ha, i tried to make a trial run cake for gwyns b-day. it is supposed to be a giant cup cake, i have no cake talent!
