The letter Ii

This was a tougher letter but I think we did a decent job.

After the learning part we made some homemade strawberry Ice cream.

This is an Ice bath used to cool the hot custard.  Once it was cool we added the strawberry purée and heavy cream.

Then it chilled in the fridge so we played with some Instuments.

Bennett woke up so we went in his room to play.

A little later we froze the Ice cream in the machine.

It had to freeze further in the freezer so we ate dinner and then enjoyed our frozen treat for dessert.

Now these were the books I picked for bed time but Gwyn wanted the fairy pop up book and crafty Chloe but she does really like both of these books, I swear!!
